Job Title: In-Home Concierge Physical Therapist
Location: Covering Williamson and Davidson County (dedicated area will be provided for efficiency)
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour with incentive based bonus structure.
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week based on your availability.

Franklin Performance Therapy is an In- Home Concierge Physical Therapy service that aims to eliminate the flaws of traditional physical therapy for both clients and clinicians. We strongly believe this is a better way to provide and receive physical therapy. In our 1.5 years in business we have helped nearly 100 clients and continue to grow at an exponential rate and therefore, need assistance fulfilling the demand. We are recruiting an additional clinician who wants to provide more desirable form of physical therapy and make a true impact on peoples lives!
Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. Our diverse patient population includes athletes, active individuals, seniors, and those in need of rehabilitation. Your caseload will be tailored to your strengths and interests, but we require a clinician who is comfortable treating a range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-home physical therapy services to clients in Williamson and Davidson County.
Perform various manual therapy techniques (joint mobilizations, soft tissue mobilization, assisted stretching, cupping and dry needling)
Conduct assessment-based evaluations and clearly communicate findings and expectations to clients.
Manage your own schedule with the flexibility to work part-time or full-time. We require a minimum commitment of 5 visits per week, with the potential to grow to a full caseload of up to 20 visits per week, depending on your availability and preference..
Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans.
Maintain consistent communication with clients with regards to execution of the treatment plan and progress toward goals.
Qualifications:
Valid physical therapy license in Tennessee.
Dry needling certification required.
Proficient in various manual therapy techniques.
Ability to adapt treatment approaches for diverse patient populations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
